Our adventure begins with an introduction to the storied traditions of Tuscan winemaking, where we learn about the region’s iconic grape varieties and the artistry behind crafting each bottle - Technical tasting
Comparative tasting guided by an expert sommelier of diverse expressions, we uncover the true essence of the Sangiovese varietal, learning to identify various aromas, flavors, and textures - Guided tour and technical tasting with the winemaker in a local winery
Day 3 - Saturday, 9th November 2024

Focus on international grape varieties, particularly their success in their most representative territory, Bolgheri. - Technical tasting
Step into the winemakers’ shoes and create your own signature blend wine! We’ll experiment with different varietals, balance flavors, and compete against each other to craft yourself the perfect wine. - Immersive winery tour in Bolgheri, visit one of the most iconic cellar which made the history of the appellation.
- Dinner at a local restaurant with a special event.
We will discover the art of pairing music and wine with live music, closing the night with the Toscana Wine retreat diploma ceremony.

Price includes: accommodation in single or double room, wine education, tastings, meals, tours and bus transportation for Day 2 and Day 3

Booking Deadline: September 30th, subject to availability
Payment Terms: 30% at the time of booking, full balance of the total trip is due to confirm the booking 30 days before you travel.
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your trip, please note our cancellation policy: full refund for cancellations made up to 60 days in advance. 30% of the booking fee will be retained for cancellations made after this period.
